Message from the team at St Helen’s Church, Amotherby

Urgent request from Ryedale Foodbank for help in supporting families during the summer holiday. The Foodbank is requesting the following:

  • Tins of Tuna
  • Small Tins of Ham
  • Small Boxes of Cereal
  • Blue UHT Milk
  • Tins of Beans with Sausages
  • Tins of Macaroni Cheese
  • Tins of Hot Dogs
  • Tins of Meatballs
  • Tins of Meat in Sauce – Chilli or Mild Curry
  • Tins of Sweetcorn
  • Tins of Fruit
  • Tins of Rice Pudding
  • Tins of Custard
  • Plain and Chocolate Biscuits
  • Jars of Jam
  • Sugar Free Squash

There is a Foodbank collection box in St Helen’s Church, Amotherby, at the back of the church. Please could you spare a few cans, even just one item would be very much appreciated. The church is open every day between 9.30 am and 3.00 pm. Please support us. Thank you.

The village defibrillator is located on Beachcroft Lane to the rear of the property Tournaig. Please report any issues with the defibrillator to the Clerk, Mrs Gail Cook.
